CLC Warranty
Limited Warranty
All CANADIAN
LOCKER CO. LTD. (CLC) products are guaranteed in material and workmanship for a period of
five (5) years. CLC's obligation under this warranty is expressly limited
to repair or replacement of any unit or component part which in CLC's
judgment meets this warranty. All products must be returned to CLC
at the customer's expense with prior authorization from CLC. CLC's
obligation shall in no event include damage resulting from transportation,
neglect misuse or for any consequential damage. Normal wear and tear
or slight color changes are not covered by this warranty. Any
product not manufactured by CLC carries its own manufacturer warranty. Locks are under warranty for one year.
CLC reserves the right to modify product specifications without
notice. Some styles of mailboxes or accessories are for private
sector use and may, therefore, need local Postmaster approval for U.S. Postal
Service delivery.
